We have so many fun pictures to share and not enough time to download/upload...
we have been busy these past few weeks and can hardly believe Violet is over
2 months old already and Landry is now 2!
Here's some pics of Violet from the past few weeks...
she is such a sweet baby and a very good sleeper too :)

Our Campsite

Here is the front of our screened shelter at Garner.
We wised up the second day and put a ring of rocks around the fire to
keep the tots out of danger. We called it the "wall of Jericho" and they seemed to think it was impassable.

Lunchtime at the picnic table inside the shelter.
After Bella fell from the concrete picnic table and bonked her head pretty good, we decided to create a different seating arrangement for the toddlers.
They scooted there camping chairs up to the bench which became their tabletop.
In the background you can see where mommy and Violet slept.

Hiking at Garner State Park

You can't really see, but Violet is actually taking a nap here.
She slept through most hikes this way

The kids were a little hesitant to go inside the cave until daddy lead the way... I think we might have read "Going on a Bear Hunt" one too many times!
